The Project Selection package includes an EBSD maps generator component which will take the imported EBSD data and generate a set of standard EBSD maps including Pattern Quality/Image Quality, Inverse Pole Figure, Confidence Index/Pattern Misfit and Kernel Average Misorientation.

 

MathWorks MatLab Exporter

Export data from CrossCourt4 into MatLab file format to process your data in their mathematical library suite for your own custom purposes.

MS Excel File Exporter

Export individual and multiple sets of shift data maps in their raw numerical form as Microsoft Excel tables. This allows you to examine each individual measurement up close and manipulate data to create your own maps and charts and import the data to other third party tools.
