It has been a number of years since we attended M&M but with the conference on the doorstep of our Salt Lake City office close to the University of Utah, how could we resist! Not only that but this year we have a number of exciting advancements in the world of HR EBSD and Strain and Stress Analysis to announce. As well as having a prime location on the exhibition floor, adjacent to EBSD Analytical, TSL Solutions and Direct Electron -three businesses we are closely collaborating with, we will be presenting the paper “Accuracy in HR EBSD“. Dr Graham Meaden will cover high resolution EBSD pattern acquisition, pattern center determination, tangent-tracing orientation indexing and absolute strain measurement. In addition, during the conference if you are interested and serious about strain measurement. please join us for the HR EBSD user and interest group meeting, all our welcome, details and speakers will be announce shortly.
