Take conventional EBSD data and, by using the cross- correlation function (XCF), prepare for High Angular Resolution analysis.

Use a suite of High Angular Resolution Analysis tools to examine the results of EBSD shift measurements including Principal Strains, Elastic and Plastic Strains and Stresses, Dislocation Densities.
